Co-Founder and Chef Ahmed Ibrahim serves as the culinary force behind Falcon & Fig, bringing more than 15 years of international hospitality leadership and restaurant transformation experience. Originally from Egypt, Ibrahim blends Mediterranean heritage with world-class operational expertise and refined culinary artistry to create elevated yet approachable dining experiences. Throughout his career, he has led high-profile restaurant openings and successful turnarounds for nationally recognized hospitality brands including Kona Grill, Barcelona Wine Bar, and La Grande Boucherie. At Falcon & Fig, Chef Ibrahim brings his passion for shared Mediterranean dining to life through a thoughtfully curated menu, immersive guest experience, and hospitality vision rooted in connection and discovery.
