Our story

Where Flight Meets Flavor.

Falcon &Fig is more than a restaurant. It’s a sensory journey where elevated Mediterranean cuisine meets the mystique of birds of prey. Set in a warm, stone-walled space adorned with falcon imagery and fig tree lore, guests are invited to slow down, savor bold flavors, and connect with nature, history, and each other.

With every dish and detail, Falcon & Fig offers a place where flight meets flavor, and where every visit feels like a return to something timeless and extraordinary.

A name with a story

Two symbols, one table.

The name Falcon & Fig brings together two symbols at the heart of our identity.
A falcon, in close detail

The falcon

The falcon represents freedom, focus, and strength. A sense of movement, mystery, and quiet power.

Ripe black mission figs

The fig

The fig represents abundance, warmth, and growth. A fruit deeply tied to culture, hospitality, and the Mediterranean table.

Together, they shape the spirit of Falcon & Fig: refined yet welcoming, rooted yet imaginative, elevated yet deeply human.

The Mediterranean table

Built on generosity.

Mediterranean dining is built around generosity: shared plates, layered flavors, good wine, and meals that unfold slowly.

Our menu celebrates that spirit through tapas, cheese and charcuterie, principal plates, cocktails, desserts, and a curated wine list designed for conversation and connection.

Whether you join us for a glass of wine, a few small plates, or a full evening with friends, Falcon & Fig is made for gathering.

In the room

Tables that talk back.

Brick and wood walls around the room. Lanterns and an olive tree centerpiece hold the light.

Each table at Falcon & Fig features a different bird of prey: its name, its range, a fact worth carrying home. The room is designed to spark a question across the table, not just satisfy a hunger.

Décor is rustic and rooted: stone, wood, candlelight, and the quiet symbolism of falcons and figs woven through every detail.

The people behind the table

Hospitality with meaning

A meal worth remembering.

We believe a meal should be more than something served. It should be something remembered.

That memory might come from a dish shared across the table, a perfectly paired glass of wine, a candlelit room, or the feeling of being truly welcomed.

At Falcon & Fig, every visit is an invitation to slow down, explore, and savor: one plate, one pour, one story at a time.
