Reservation information is handled through OpenTable; newsletter information is handled through Constant Contact. Those services apply their own privacy notices in addition to this one.
Website analytics and campaign measurement
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits, page use, and interactions such as reservation-button, phone, inquiry, gift-card, directions, and newsletter actions. Google Ads and Meta may help us measure whether advertising led to a website visit or another action. A button click is treated as an interest signal, not proof that a reservation or inquiry was completed.
Cookies and your choices
Essential storage remembers your privacy choice and supports security and site operation. Analytics and advertising storage are optional. You can accept all, allow selected categories, or use essential features only. Reopen the preference panel at any time from the footer. Your browser may also let you delete stored information or limit tracking.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Retention inside a service may also follow that provider’s settings and requirements.
