A holiday party should feel like recognition, not an obligation added to the calendar. Falcon & Fig offers a warm Leesburg setting where teams, clients, friends, or families can mark the year over shared Mediterranean plates, cocktails, and wine without asking the host to manage every serving detail.
Companies travel to us from Ashburn, Reston, Herndon, and Tysons for end-of-year dinners and seasonal celebrations in Loudoun County. The room can support a seated meal with a few words of thanks or a more social buffet where colleagues move between conversations.
A department dinner often benefits from one seated group and a clear beginning. A broader company party may need flexible arrival, room for colleagues to circulate, and a bar plan that controls cost. Family holiday gatherings may prioritize a generous meal and comfortable seating for several generations. Naming the purpose helps us recommend the right pace.
The booth section seats up to 28, the main dining hall seats up to 62, and the patio seats up to 80 when the season and weather support outdoor dining. The hall and patio can hold more for a standing cocktail reception, but we do not state a reception number without reviewing the furniture, food service, accessibility, and guest flow.
Family tapas-style dining begins at $64 per guest and gives a holiday dinner a relaxed course-by-course rhythm. The open buffet begins at $60 per guest and works well for company parties with mingling, recognitions, or staggered arrival. Either approach can be paired with beverages on consumption, a host cap, beer and wine only, drink tickets, or individual guest tabs.
A seasonal sample menu could draw from Roasted Butternut Squash Labneh, Za’atar Grilled Yams, Brussels Sprouts, Musakhan Bites, 10-Hour Braised Lamb Shank, and Cheese Knafeh. These are current menu items rather than a guaranteed event menu; the final choices and substitutions are documented in the proposal.
Start with the preferred date, alternate date, count range, company or family context, and whether the host plans remarks, awards, gifts, or a signature drink. A signed agreement and 25% deposit reserve the event. Signature cocktails require at least 14 days of notice. Final attendance, dietary needs, menu selections, and chosen linens are due 10 days ahead, and the final balance is due no later than three days before the celebration.
For workplace groups, decide who can approve the proposal and whether the event needs a firm beverage ceiling. For personal gatherings, consider travel and the mix of ages. A simple plan made early gives the host more freedom to be present when the party arrives.
