Client dinners and team gatherings work best when the setting supports the purpose without feeling like another conference room. Falcon & Fig gives companies a Leesburg restaurant environment for conversation, recognition, and relationship-building around shared Mediterranean food and thoughtful wine.
We welcome organizations and teams coming from Ashburn, Reston, Herndon, and Tysons for leadership dinners, client evenings, project celebrations, and department gatherings. The experience can be structured enough for remarks and discreet business conversation while remaining warm enough for colleagues to relax.
A client dinner may need one connected table, reliable pacing, and space for a brief introduction. A department celebration may need more movement and a menu that can welcome varied tastes. A leadership meal may benefit from the contained booth section, which seats up to 28. The main dining hall seats up to 62, while the patio seats up to 80 when an outdoor setting suits the group.
The hall and patio can hold more guests for a standing cocktail reception, but capacity is not a single number divorced from furniture and service. Tell us whether people need to see a speaker, exchange materials, use name cards, or circulate between teams so the layout can be discussed around the actual agenda.
The family tapas-style dinner begins at $64 per guest and is well suited to client and leadership dinners because courses create a natural rhythm without constant menu decisions. For an employee celebration with informal arrival and movement, the open buffet begins at $60 per guest and gives colleagues more control over when they eat.
A sample corporate dinner might include Aperitivo Board, Grilled Caesar Salad, Zahra - Roasted Cauliflower, Steak Pintxo, Saffron Risotto & Seared Scallops, and Pistachio Cream Waffle. Every named dish comes from the current menu; the event team will confirm the package, seasonal availability, and dietary plan in writing.
Send the preferred date, estimated attendance, business purpose, service style, desired privacy, and any planned remarks. The signed agreement and 25% deposit secure the booking. Request a signature cocktail at least 14 days before the event. The final menu, guaranteed count, dietary needs, and selected linens are due 10 days ahead; final payment is due no later than three days before the dinner.
If the company has a hard stop, presentation, expense limit, or approval chain, say so early. The proposal can then reflect the service window, bar structure, and known minimums. For catering at an office rather than a restaurant gathering, our catering program offers packages for 20 to 119 guests.
