Whipped Goat Cheese
Fig, walnuts, black sesame seeds, truffle honey, and brioche.
Birthdays and anniversaries deserve more than a rushed meal squeezed between everyday plans. Falcon & Fig creates space for the people who know the story: family, old friends, new friends, and the guest of honor. Shared Mediterranean plates turn dinner into a sequence of small discoveries rather than a single entrée and a quick candle.
Some hosts want a surprise entrance and a lively room. Others want a quiet anniversary dinner with a few close couples. The planning begins with the person being celebrated, the relationships at the table, and the kind of memory the host wants everyone to carry home.
The booth section seats up to 28 and can hold a close-knit dinner where every guest is part of the same conversation. The main dining hall seats up to 62 for larger birthdays, retirement-style milestones, and multi-family celebrations. The patio seats up to 80 in comfortable weather and can give the evening a relaxed, open-air feeling.
The hall and patio can hold more people for a standing cocktail reception, but the final capacity depends on how many tables remain, where food is served, and what access guests need. We can also create 2D and 3D floor-plan views in Chief Architect to discuss seating relationships and circulation before the event.
A family tapas-style dinner begins at $64 per guest and is the natural choice when conversation and shared courses are central. An open buffet begins at $60 per guest and suits a birthday with mingling, photographs, or guests moving between family groups. Outside celebration desserts are welcome with advance approval and a $2-per-guest service fee.
A sample milestone menu might combine Whipped Goat Cheese, Roasted Beets Salad, Lamb Chops, Crispy Whole Red Snapper, Veal Osso Buco, and Churro. The current menu provides the inspiration; the event proposal confirms the actual dishes, quantities, seasonal availability, and accommodations.
Tell us whether the guest of honor knows, who will arrive first, and whether cake, flowers, gifts, photographs, or speeches are part of the plan. A signed agreement and 25% deposit hold the date. Request any signature cocktail at least 14 days ahead. The guaranteed count, menu, dietary needs, and selected linens are due 10 days before the event, with the final balance due no later than three days before.
For an anniversary, consider whether the couple wants a toast or a more private pace. For a birthday, choose one contact who can answer last-minute questions without involving the guest of honor. Those small decisions help the room feel effortless.
Outside celebration desserts are welcome with advance approval. A $2-per-guest outside-dessert service fee applies.
Tell us the arrival plan and designate one informed contact. We can discuss guest timing and the entrance, while the host remains responsible for communicating accurate details to attendees.
Family-style suits a connected seated dinner; an open buffet suits a celebration with more movement. Both are subject to room, count, timing, and availability.
